Processing Time
- The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 days. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
- All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
- North America: 1-10 days
- I do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Note: Despues Designs is not responsible and will not replace any missing orders where regular letter mail shipping has been chosen. We have no way of locating your package once it has shipped if you select regular untracked letter mail shipping.
Shipping address
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges
